- Responsible for timely/quality deliverable and architecting solution
- Highlight scope changes to the Project Manager
- Responsible for requirement/impact analysis and effort estimation for new requirements
The incumbent needs following skills/experience
- Over all experience of 8-10 years
- Experience in SDLC methodology
- 6-8 years of hands-on development experience with TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS and TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO Admin, TIBCO APIX Gateway.
- 3-4 years of leading and managing an onsite or offshore outsourced development team
- The candidate should be well versed in TIBCO architecture, TIBCO API and implementation solutions and possess the ability to administer and configure TIBCO products under various platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of modern Java-related/SOA-related frameworks and ability to develop design patterns for specific technical problems/stereotypes
- Strong working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and associated concepts such as XML Schemas, WS specifications, SOAP, Service Mediation/ESB, Policy Management, Governance, Messaging, etc.
- In addition the candidate should have good skills in software development lifecycle, database knowledge, and SQL experience.
- Hands on experience in TIBCO Business Events, TIBCO API Gateway, TIBCO Spot Fire, and TIBCO Active Matrix Policy Framework are an added advantage.
- Candidate must have some basic skill set in Core Java.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Excellent and advance knowledge in SQL
- Experience in Scheduling tools. Experience in Control-M will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skill to co-ordinate between various parties including IT & USER groups.
- Implementing application specific solutions using TIBCO software products; leading and teaching others through doing, knowledge sharing, mentoring and training; documenting guidelines, best practices and lessons learned; and, participating in architecture reviews and code inspection sessions
- Should be able to delegate the work to the team and track for completion.
- Able to priorities important and urgent issues
