Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach

Responsibilities:

Experienced Scrum Certified Team Coach to help lead a Scaled Agile Transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in a Financial Applications team. Successful job candidate will:

1. Help start up a successful Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program
2. Lead a (SAFe) program as an experienced Release Train Engineer
3. Lead Program Increment Big Room Planning Events for a global organization
4. Train Scrum Masters and Product owners across multiple Scrum Teams
5. Help develop stewardship metrics to make value deliver visible to management and business stakeholders

Requirements:

1. 5+ Years Agile Team Participation and Coaching Experience are Mandatory
2. Knowledge of and experience with Scrum
3. Knowledge of and experience with Kanban
4. Knowledge of and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 4.0)
5. Knowledge of and experience utilizing Agile Frameworks within a project
6. Knowledge of how to plan and estimate an Agile project
7. Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for Agile Work Planning

Desired Certifications / Skills

1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
2. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
3. Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
4. Certified SAFe Agilist
5. Knowledge of Financial Accounting Processes
6. Knowledge of and experience with SAP

 

Duration: 1 year renewable contract
